Vanilla Ice Cream

Three days ago I had an idea: why don’t i prepare some home made ice cream? I love vanilla flavor, but here in Italy it is not a very common flavor and also it isn’t very good as in USA. I loved it, I used to eat a lot of vanilla ice cream when I was there and now I miss it. So I found a recipe on a website and I tried to make vanilla ice cream on my own. It tasted very good. Italian Recipes

Apr 05 2008

I’m writing some Italian recipes, but I found some troubles translating them, firstable because our metrical system is different from the American/English and second because I don’t know if people who read these posts could understand what I’m talking about, ’cause we have a lot of ingredients that foreigners have never seen or heard before. So, the next time I will write, I will follow a “step by step” format in order to take pictures of my dishes and of Italian ingredients during the different stages. I don’t think that American/English people know what savoiardi are! But I’m going to teach you all about the ingredients we use in our kitchen. First of all through pictures!

I’m sorry that my English is a little bit bad, I’m going to improve it also by writing about food!
